Sherry Merber joined Palms Insurance in 2024 as the Chief Claims Officer. She previously served as SVP and Head of Specialty Claims at Ascot Group and spent nine years as Head of Claims at Arch Reinsurance. Sherry holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and brings more than 35 years of industry experience. Her leadership strengthens Palms’ commitment to disciplined claims handling and trusted market relationships.
