The Insurance Portfolio Investment Analyst supports the management and oversight of the insurance company’s general account investment portfolio, which includes primarily investment grade fixed income, government-backed securities, and private market investments (e.g., private credit and private equity). This role focuses on portfolio analysis, monitoring, reporting, and operational support, while developing into a broader investment professional with exposure to asset allocation, manager selection, and insurance-specific investment considerations.
Manager Risk Management
This position manages and performs insurance underwriting analysis of claim data, loss forecasts, and loss layer analysis, ensuring accurate investigation, processing, and recovery of settlements. Employees in this role provide management and oversight of Company’s captive insurance company, including oversight of staff responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, administrative oversight, coordination of audits and actuarial reviews, interface with business unit/subsidiary management and regulators, development and implementation of all required processes, and SOX compliance.
