Rushi Davda joined Palms Insurance in 2022 and serves as the company's operational leader, with responsibility for enterprise execution, operating performance, and organizational effectiveness. Rushi brings more than 18 years of senior leadership experience prior to joining Palms, building and running complex operating organizations with deep expertise in execution, scale, and transformation. Prior to joining Palms, he was instrumental in launching and overseeing operations at Ascot US, where he established the operating model, governance structure, and delivery capabilities required to support rapid growth. Prior to Ascot, Rushi held various senior leadership roles at AIG. Throughout his career, Rushi has been recognized for his ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational excellence in complex environments. Rushi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport.
