Rachel Paul joined Palms Insurance in 2021, leading legal and regulatory matters across the U.S., Cayman Islands, and U.K. She brings 25 years of insurance law experience and previously served as Assistant Attorney General in Missouri and as an Administrative Law Judge. Rachel holds BA degrees in Journalism and Political Science from NYU and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis. Her work ensures regulatory integrity and aligned business partnerships.
