Paul Rowe joined Palms Insurance in 2021 and leads the Professional Lines Segment which covers both Professional and Management Liability. His prior experience includes senior underwriting roles at AXA XL and XL Catlin. Paul holds a BS from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a JD from Temple University and is an RPLU designee. He advances innovative, integrity‑based solutions for complex risks.
