Joe Walton joined Palms Insurance in 2024 with expertise in the D&O market, following leadership roles at Philadelphia Insurance Companies and underwriting positions at Atlantic Specialty and Great American. Joe holds an MBA in Accounting from Roosevelt University, a BS from Northern Illinois University, and CPCU, RPLU, and ExecPLP designations. His work reflects Palms’ integrity‑driven underwriting standards.
