Dave Mangold joined Palms Insurance in early 2026 and serves as the company’s technology leader, responsible for the internal and external applications that support the business. He brings more than 20 years of P&C insurance technology experience designing and delivering modern, scalable solutions.
Prior to Palms, Dave led major transformation programs at The Hartford, advancing core capabilities across Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Administration. He previously served as Chief Transformation Officer at Cunningham Lindsey, where he rebuilt enterprise services spanning HR, Technology, and Finance. Earlier in his career, Dave was part of Accenture Strategy, advising insurance carriers and agencies on enterprise architecture, strategic growth, and large-scale transformation.
Dave holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Worcester State University and an MBA from Norwich University.
