Dara Mason joined Palms Insurance in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of compliance leadership. Before Palms, she served as Senior Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at AXA XL, with earlier roles at TDC Specialty Underwriters, Beazley, and Travelers. Dara earned a JD from Loyola Law School in New Orleans and a BA from Tulane University. She leads Palms’ compliance framework with a focus on integrity, transparency, and strong business relationships.
