Director of Underwriting

Ashley Orth joined Palms Insurance in 2023 and oversees underwriting and controls to support consistent, profitable growth. She previously spent more than seven years at Aspen Insurance, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of U.S. Insurance Operations, and earlier held roles at Starr in international operations and Accident & Health. Ashley earned a BA in Business, Organizations & Society from Franklin & Marshall College. Her leadership reflects Palms’ focus on integrity and collaborative partnership.
