Rushi joined Palms Insurance in 2022 and is responsible for the overall Operations and Systems at Palms. He works closely with underwriting, claims, finance, and back-office functions to define and deliver the Operations’ Strategy.

Prior to joining Palms, Rushi held various leadership positions in multiple industries over the past 18 years. Most recently, Rushi was responsible for launching and overseeing the Operations and Systems functions at Ascot US.

Rushi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport.
