Rob joined Palms Insurance in 2022 and is responsible for evaluating and quantifying financial risks across the insurance portfolio. He leads the risk, actuarial, and catastrophe modeling teams.

Prior to joining Palms, Rob worked in the insurance industry for 22 years, serving in various actuarial and risk management leadership and analytics roles at United Auto Insurance Company, Bristol West Insurance Company, the Hertz Corporation, and Westfield Insurance Company.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Brigham Young University. Rob is also a credentialed member of the Casualty Actuarial Society and is a delegate to the International Actuarial Association, serving on its banking risk committee and advising on global monetary system risk.
