David began working with Palms Insurance in July 2022 and is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing business plans and pricing models, and supporting business development for all underwriting functions.

David has over 40 years of industry experience and prior to working with Palms, he served in a variety of leadership roles at Aspen Insurance, Liberty International Underwriters, Great American Insurance Company, and The Home Insurance Company. Most recently, David was President & Chief Underwriting Officer of Aspen’s global insurance operations.

David holds a bachelor of science degree in insurance & finance from the University of Hartford.
