Andrew joined Palms Insurance in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing the claims team and related activity across all lines of business. In this role, he works closely with internal and external claims adjusters, technical experts, underwriting, actuary, and origination to foster efficient claims resolution.

Prior to joining Palms, Andrew has held roles of increasing responsibility over the past 14 years within the energy and insurance industries. Most recently, he was responsible for maintaining various insurance programs for NextEra Energy ranging from cyber liability to nuclear property and liability.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University. He holds numerous insurance designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management and is a licensed all lines claim adjuster in the State of Florida.
