Alan joined Palms Insurance in 2022 and is driving the expansion of the company’s capabilities as a multi-dimensional provider while expanding its geographic reach through organic growth and strategic investments. Alan has the responsibility of developing and executing initiatives within the Palms Portfolio Holdings umbrella.

Prior to joining Palms, Alan held various leadership roles in investment banking over the past 13 years. Most recently Alan served as a Partner of NextEra Energy Investments, where he led the creation and build-out of a team focused on venture capital and growth equity investments on behalf of NextEra Energy.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
